      Welcome to CAT!   

 

We are the public access television channel, Channel 2 on Time Warner Cable in the City of Erie, Pennsylvania.
As a nonprofit corporation, we are designated by the City of Erie to receive the funds and manage the channel provided by Time Warner Cable in its franchise agreement with the City.

Anyone who lives in the City of Erie, or is a member of an organization in Erie can sign up to be a member!
